Branch Manager

xzcoot, a leading banking institution in Delhi, India, is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee our branch operations. As the Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the branch's success by managing staff, fostering customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance branch productivity and achieve financial targets

- Supervise daily operations, including customer service, cash management, and employee performance

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and loyalty

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

- Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional service and meet objectives

Requirements & Skills:

- 10–15 years of experience in banking or financial services

- Proven track record in branch management and achieving sales targets

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and operations

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
