- 5-8 years in a similar role
- Knowledge about destinations tour packages and flair for selling
- Ability to direct supervise and lead a team of 3-7 and more
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Responsibility
- Achieve sales and revenue targets across all verticals Group Tours (GIT) FIT and MICE
- Promote the Veena World brand through direct marketing and community engagement
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest experiences in line with brand standards
- Supervise day-to-day team performance and align team goals with business objectives
- Prepare and share MIS reports with accurate data feedback concerns and actionable insights
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings and share inputs with the product and marketing team
