Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications.

Role Overview

Associate is responsible forstrategic leadership solution architecture platform governance AI-enabled ITSM transformation automation and operational excellence across enterprise BMC Helix environments.

Key Responsibilities

Own architecture roadmap and L3 support for BMC Helix ITSM platform and core ITIL modules.
Architect and optimize ITSM workflows service catalog SLAs and approvals.
Lead ITSM transformation.
Design workflows catalogs SLAs and governance
Drive AI automation and AIOps adoption
Lead integrations with CMDB Discovery Observability and ITOM platforms
Drive RCA upgrades migrations and performance optimization
Mentor L1/L2/L3 teams and support presales initiatives

Required Technical Skills

BMC Helix ITSM CMDB Discovery DWP Innovation Studio ITIL Processes REST APIs AIOps Automation Service Integration.

Mandatory Competencies

Architecture leadership stakeholder management consultingexpertise automation strategy problemsolvingand enterprise delivery leadership.

Experience

10 years ITSM experience with 7 years in BMC Remedy/Helix environments supporting large-scale enterprise implementations.

Preferred Certifications

BMC Helix Certified Professional ITIL MP/Expert Discovery/CMDB certifications Agile certifications.

Mandatory Skills: BMC Helix ITSM.

Experience: 8-10 Years.
