Role Overview

Looking for Blue Yonder WMS Functional Experts with strong knowledge of warehouse operations business processes and BY WMS product functionality. The candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements configuring BY WMS and validating system functionality against operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end warehouse operations and business processes.
• Work closely with warehouse operations teams and business stakeholders.
• Have good knowledge of BY WMS product functionalities.
• Configure BY WMS based on business and operational requirements.
• Understand inbound outbound receiving putaway picking packing shipping and inventory management.
• Validate warehouse processes and system configurations through functional testing and UAT.
• Identify process gaps and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Support business users and recommend process improvements.

Mandatory Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in Blue Yonder WMS / JDA WMS.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution centre operations.
• Good knowledge of inbound outbound inventory picking putaway replenishment and shipping processes.
• Experience in BY WMS functional configuration and validation.
• Ability to understand business requirements and map them to WMS functionalities.
• Experience working with business users and warehouse operations teams.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• BY WMS implementation or enhancement experience.
• Exposure to RF operations and warehouse automation.
• Experience in functional testing SIT and UAT.

Ideal Candidate

A business-facing BY WMS professional who understands warehouse operations has good product knowledge and can configure and validate BY WMS based on business requirements.
