BIM Quality Checker (3 Years Experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a BIM Quality Checker with 3 years of experience to review and validate BIM models ensuring compliance with project standards client requirements and BIM best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QA/QC checks on BIM models and drawings.
- Review model accuracy standards compliance and data integrity.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks.
- Identify and resolve modeling errors and inconsistencies.
- Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards.
- Generate quality audit reports and coordinate with project teams.
Requirements:
- 3 years of BIM experience in Architecture Structure or MEP projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards LOD and model coordination.
- Good analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with BIM 360/ACC and ISO 19650 standards.
