Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Lead Electrical (Dry Utilities & ELV) to lead BIM modelling and coordination for transportation and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage Electrical and ELV BIM deliverables ensure compliance with BIM standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality coordinated project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Electrical & ELV BIM modelling activities for transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Develop maintain and review Revit BIM models families drawings schedules and project documentation.
- Coordinate with Civil Structural Mechanical Plumbing and Utility teams to identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans client standards and project specifications.
- Perform model quality checks clash detection constructability reviews and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage BIM data file organization and version control using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360.
- Mentor BIM Modellers provide technical guidance and support continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and clients to ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables and successful project execution.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 14 years of BIM modelling experience in Electrical Dry Utilities and ELV systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Civil 3D MicroStation Aecosim AutoCAD Navisworks and BIM 360/Projectwise/ACC.
- Experience in highways rail metro airports tunnels or other infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of MV/LV distribution / ELV systems BIM standards and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead BIM teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
