Graduate in any discipline
(Preferred: Postgraduate degree or certification in HR Psychology Learning & Development or Training Facilitation)

- Area of Experience:Behavioral Training Content Development Facilitation Training Need Analysis
- Years of Experience:4 6 years

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver behavioural training programs across L1 L2 & L3 levels pan India (Junior Staff to Senior Manager)
- Conduct sessions for AGM and above based on specific training needs
- Design and update behavioural training content aligned with organizational objectives
- Conduct post-training effectiveness evaluations and analysis
- Provide inputs for quarterly behavioural training calendars and assist in training coordination
- Support the Reporting Authority in creating need-based training interventions
- Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through discussions with department heads to develop relevant and impactful content
