Job Summary

Provide a full range of beauty services including facials waxing manicures pedicures and makeup application. Consult with clients to assess their needs recommend appropriate treatments and ensure optimal results. Maintain a clean sanitized and organized work station and treatment rooms in accordance with health and safety regulations. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends products and techniques through continuous learning and training. Build and maintain strong client relationships encouraging repeat business and referrals through exceptional service.

Requirements


Proven experience as a Beautician typically 3-5 years in a professional salon or spa setting. Comprehensive knowledge of various beauty treatments products and industry best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as per business needs. Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail in all aspects of beauty services.

Qualifications

Diploma or certification in Cosmetology Beauty Therapy or a related field from a recognized institution. Valid professional license or certification as required by local regulations in Bengaluru. Portfolio showcasing previous work especially in makeup artistry or advanced treatments is a plus. Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages (e.g. Kannada Hindi) is an advantage. A strong passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
