Job Role
The Bar Manager oversees all bar operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences efficient team management and profitability of beverage programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bar operations and ensure service excellence
- Design and update beverage menus (cocktails wines spirits)
- Monitor inventory and control beverage costs
- Train and mentor bar staff
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Drive upselling and guest engagement
- Maintain supplier relationships and product sourcing
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues
Project Goals
- Build a signature beverage program aligned with brand identity
- Increase beverage revenue and per-cover spend
- Maintain cost targets and minimize wastage
- Improve guest satisfaction scores
