What youll do

• Support the Banquet Manager in delivering seamless meetings conferences weddings and social events.
• Coordinate banquet operations during your shift ensuring exceptional service and smooth event execution.
• Ensure all function rooms are set up to specification and maintained to the highest presentation standards.
• Lead and support the banquet team creating a positive guest-focused environment.
• Work closely with the Kitchen Events and Stewarding teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve operational issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Monitor departmental costs equipment and supplies while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Support the training and development of team members encouraging continuous improvement.
