We are looking for:
As a Software Engineer you will be instrumental in designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users and business. You will work on challenging projects collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the entire software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Design develop test deploy and maintain robust scalable and high-performance software applications using cloud components
• Write clean efficient and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers UX/UI designers and other engineers to define design and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Debug and resolve technical issues ensuring optimal application performance and reliability.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions helping to shape the future of our technical stack.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends continuously seeking to improve our development processes and tools.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Education and experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of professional experience in software development. (e.g. 3 years for mid-level 5 for senior)
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as eg: .NET/C# Java Python
• Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and software design principles.
• Strong understanding of authentication/authorization (Azure AD/Entra ID OAuth2/OIDC) and secure application design.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. MSSQL Postgres MySQL MongoDB Cassandra Cosmos DB ).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform) and microservices architecture. (Highly desirable)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. GitHub GitLab).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with e.g. Docker Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Github actions/workflows.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
• Proficiency with Agentic IDEs and Experience with Agent in the loop workflows
