Job Summary
Experience: 35 Years
a versatile professional with experience in Business Analysis Manual & Automation Testing and L1 Application Support. The candidate will work closely with business users development teams to gather requirements ensure application quality and provide production support while meeting SLA commitments.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare BRD FRD User Stories Process Flows
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to clarify requirements.
- Support UAT and change request management.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Functional Regression Integration Smoke and UAT testing.
- Develop execute and maintain Selenium automation scripts (Java/TestNG).
- Log track and verify defects.
- Log and manage incidents service requests and problem tickets using tools like Azure Devops/JIRA.
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and business users to ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Monitor ticket status provide user updates and prepare daily/weekly/monthly support reports.
- Assist in production issue analysis deployment validation and application health checks.
