Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy multi-agent orchestrations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Configure specialized Copilot agents for submission intake research evaluation scoring explainability and continuous learning.
- Establish strict prompt engineering guardrails and reasoning loops for multi-parameter scoring systems.
- Implement human-in-the-loop review triggers and confidence score thresholds.
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to map existing business qualification rules into agent logic.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- 8 years in enterprise software architecture with at least 3 years focused on Conversational AI GenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio Azure OpenAI Service and Prompt Flow.
- Deep understanding of multi-agent orchestration frameworks (Semantic Kernel AutoGen or LangChain).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise security standards Microsoft Entra ID and Purview data governance.
- Excellent client-facing communication and consulting delivery track record.
