ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Azure Stack HCI Engineer with strong expertise in Hyper-V MS Failover Clustering S2D Windows Server networking and production support.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

8 years in Hyper-V / MS Cluster Administration

Azure Stack HCI & S2D Cluster

Hyper-V installation configuration & VM management

MS Failover Cluster installation configuration & troubleshooting

Hyper-V Replication

Windows Server administration

OS upgrades patching & firmware upgrades

Performance tuning & troubleshooting

DNS DHCP & GPO

RCA using logs and dump-file analysis

Perfmon Procmon & Netmon

Customer-facing / technical support experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Install configure and manage Hyper-V and Azure Stack HCI environments

Troubleshoot S2D cluster and VM issues

Perform OS patching and firmware upgrades

Handle Windows Server upgrades and production support

Analyze performance issues logs and dump files

Provide RCA and resolution for complex incidents

Work directly with customers and cross-functional teams

Maintain high-quality communication and support standards

Required Skills:
