Key Deliverables

SLA compliance for automation services
Development & maintenance of automation workflows
Automated provisioning & configuration management
Automation adoption and execution reporting
Effort reduction through automation initiatives
Knowledge articles runbooks & SOP updates

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
Build and support Ansible playbooks and Terraform modules
Automate server provisioning patching compliance and operational tasks
Integrate automation solutions with ServiceNow and monitoring platforms
Troubleshoot automation failures and provide production support
Participate in Incident Change and Problem Management processes
Support transition transformation and automation roadmap activities
Work in 24x7 managed services environment supporting operational SLAs
