Associate Training Specialist | Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client locations and conduct product demonstrations and discussions.
• Understand clients trading broking compliance surveillance and back-office processes.
• Explain how our product features can address client requirements.
• Gather and document client requirements issues and change requests.
• Coordinate with Product Technology Implementation and Support teams.
• Support client onboarding product training and product adoption.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• Stay updated with Indian capital-market and regulatory developments.

What We Are Looking For :

• Good understanding of the Indian stock-market ecosystem and trading lifecycle.
• Knowledge of NSE BSE brokers clearing corporations and depositories.
• Understanding of concepts such as OMS RMS orders trades margins positions holdings contract notes and settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients and understand their requirements.
• Good problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional Information :

Preferred :

• NISM or other relevant capital-market certification.
• Bachelors degree in Finance Commerce Business Economics Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Candidates should be comfortable with regular client visits and a client-facing/field-oriented role.
