Associate Technical Program Manager (Product Development)

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Summary

As an Associate Technical Program Manager you will support the end-to-end development of electronic products from concept to launch. Working closely with hardware firmware software mechanical quality operations and sourcing teams you will help drive program execution track milestones manage risks and ensure successful product delivery within cost quality and schedule targets.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end product development programs across hardware software/firmware and mechanical engineering.
  • Track program schedules milestones dependencies risks and action items.
  • Coordinate development phases including prototyping EVT DVT PVT and production ramp-up.
  • Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams suppliers and manufacturing partners.
  • Assist with product integration validation certification and compliance activities.
  • Support DFM/DFA/DFT reviews BOM maturity tracking and cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Monitor program health through dashboards reports and stakeholder updates.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and milestone reviews to ensure timely execution.
  • Identify and escalate risks dependencies and execution challenges proactively.

Requirements & Skills

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Technical Program Management Project Management or Product Development.
  • Exposure to electronic embedded IoT automotive or hardware product development environments.
  • Understanding of hardware firmware software and mechanical development lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with EVT DVT PVT prototyping validation and product launch processes.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management planning communication and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • B.E./ in Electrical Electronics Mechanical Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Experience working on commercial electronic products from development to launch.
  • Familiarity with NPI manufacturing processes and contract manufacturers.
  • Exposure to cloud-connected devices or IoT platforms is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in JIRA Confluence MS Project Excel PowerPoint Tableau and SQL.
  • PMP CAPM Scrum or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and execution mindset.
