What Youll Bring

• A Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline.

• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships prepare correspondence and communicate with tax authorities as -
  addressing tax inquiries and audits effectively.

• Strong understanding of tax compliance with proven ability to conduct tax research and analyze a wide range of tax issues to support client engagements.

• Ongoing commitment to growing knowledge to build a long-term career in tax.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and effectively translate complex tax concepts into clear practical guidance to clients team members and other stakeholders.

• Strong technology proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
  . Experience with CCH Axcess Tax TaxPrep or similar tax software is considered an asset.

• A proactive adaptable and client-focused mindset capable of managing competing priorities and deliver
  exceptional results in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify issues evaluate alternatives and implement practical solutions efficiently.
