Tasks

At Enterprise Bot were building AI solutions that help global enterprises transform customer experiences. As we grow were looking for someone whos passionate about finding great talent and loves working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

This role is primarily focused on Talent Acquisition with exposure to key HR processes. Youll work closely with leaders across the business hire exceptional talent and help create a great experience for every candidate and new joiner.

What Youll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition (Your Core Focus)

• Own end-to-end hiring for technical and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build recruitment strategies.
• Source exceptional talent through LinkedIn job portals referrals and creative sourcing techniques.
• Screen candidates and conduct HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring journey.
• Manage offers reference checks and pre-boarding activities.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Support employer branding campus hiring and recruitment events.

HR & People Operations

• Coordinate onboarding and ensure every new joiner has a great first-day experience.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
• Coordinate with background verification and insurance partners.
• Support HR policies employee engagement initiatives and other People projects.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience hiring for multiple roles preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn job portals and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Someone whos organized proactive curious and enjoys working with people.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
