Job Title : Associate - Sr Infrastructure Operations & Services

Experience : 5 to 10 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure operations and toolchain platforms to ensure high availability and stability.
  
• Develop automate and enhance operational processes using Python Ansible Unix/Linux Shell Scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI and Terraform.
  
• Troubleshoot incidents resolve production issues and manage problem and change requests.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker Podman or Kubernetes.
  
• Integrate and manage RESTful APIs and cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
  
• Maintain technical documentation user guides and operational procedures.
  
• Monitor system performance implement automation and drive continuous process improvements.
  
• Participate in shift support on-call activities and major release deployments to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Requisites

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux Shell Scripting and Python.
  
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible Terraform Jenkins and GitLab CI.
  
• Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices.
  
• Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab version control systems.
  
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker Podman or Kubernetes.
  
• Knowledge of Incident Problem and Change Management processes (ITIL/ServiceNow is an advantage).
  
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with cloud platforms (AWS or hybrid cloud environments is preferred).
  
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and work in rotational shifts.
