Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Principal - SAP. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical developments and integrating SAP solutions within our organization. With a strong background in ABAP and supply chain integration you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP implementations and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP ABAP development projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Design and develop complex ABAP programs interfaces and custom code to meet business requirements.
Integrate SAP systems with external applications and third-party solutions focusing on supply chain processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing effective solutions and support to internal teams.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in ABAP development.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends and propose innovative solutions.
Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Document and maintain technical documentation ensuring knowledge transfer and easy reference.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on integration.
In-depth knowledge of ABAP programming including OOPs concepts performance tuning and debugging techniques.
Experience in supply chain integration scenarios especially in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical tasks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA architecture and its integration capabilities.
Understanding of UI technologies like Fiori and SAPUI5 is preferred.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is an advantage.
A degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is desirable.
Certifications in SAP ABAP or SAP S/4HANA are highly valued.
