Associate Manager

We are looking for an experiencedChange Manager with 35 years of experience in theIT Infrastructure domain to manage and govern infrastructure changes across enterprise environments. The role will be responsible for ensuring that changes are properly assessed planned approved implemented and reviewed with minimal impact to business operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge ofITIL Change Management Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes infrastructure technologies risk assessment and stakeholder coordination.

• Manage theend-to-end IT Infrastructure Change Management lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Review and validateNormal Standard Emergency and Major Changes.
• Ensure change requests contain appropriate implementation plans impact assessments risk analysis rollback/backout plans and validation steps.
• Coordinate and facilitateCAB meetings and ensure required approvals are obtained before implementation.
• Work closely with Infrastructure Network Server Database Cloud Security Application and Service Desk teams.
• Assess therisk impact dependencies and business downtime associated with infrastructure changes.
• Ensure changes are scheduled appropriately and conflicts/dependencies are identified before implementation.
• Monitor change implementation and ensure adherence to approved change windows.
• Track failed unauthorized or emergency changes and coordinateRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) where required.
• Prepare and maintainChange Management reports dashboards KPIs and compliance reports.
• Monitor Change Success Rate Change Failure Rate Emergency Changes Unauthorized Changes and other relevant metrics.
• Ensure proper documentation and closure of completed changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve the Change Management process and reduce failed or unsuccessful changes.
• SupportChange Freeze and critical business-period activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams vendors and business stakeholders for high-impact infrastructure changes.
• Ensure compliance with organizationalITIL governance audit and security policies.
