Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end data management initiatives including data governance data quality data migration and master data management (MDM).
• Define and implement data management strategies standards and best practices to ensure data accuracy consistency and compliance.
• Manage data migration activities including data profiling cleansing validation reconciliation and cutover planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders functional teams and technical teams to gather data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
• Lead project teams oversee delivery manage risks and ensure successful implementation within project timelines.

  Key skills required; -

  • 15 years of overall experience in SAP/Data Migration projects.
  • Involved in at least 5 end-to-end migration projects.
  • Led 23 migration projects as Migration Lead or Project Lead.
  • Strong expertise in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing business processes.
  • Experience in migration strategy data cleansing data mapping data validation and cutover activities.
  • Ability to engage with business stakeholders and drive migration initiatives independently.

  Education & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelors degree in engineering or similar
