Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Associate Communication Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for graduates from design institutes who have a strong visual design sense and a passion for creating engaging digital content. Responsibilities:

Design creative social media posts banners advertisements and other marketing materials.
Develop visually appealing creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
Create basic motion graphics and short promotional videos for digital campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand objectives and translate ideas into impactful visuals.
Incorporate feedback and deliver high-quality designs within defined timelines.
Stay updated with current design trends and social media best practices.
Utilize AI design tools to improve design quality and productivity.
Explore new AI-based creative tools and workflows to enhance content creation.
Ensure all designs align with the companys visual identity and branding guidelines.
Organize and maintain design assets for future use.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design Communication Design Visual Communication or a related design field.
Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography color theory composition and layout.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Magnific AI Figma Canva Claude Design or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of creating graphics and short-form video content.
Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing creatives.
Strong creativity attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
Candidates from recognized Design Institutes are preferred.
A portfolio showcasing academic or personal design projects is mandatory.
