What we need you to contribute to Ensono:

• Design build and support ServiceNowcentric integrations using REST APIs IntegrationHub and Flow Designer

• Develop and operate AWSbased serverless components (Lambda API Gateway SQS DynamoDB) that support ServiceNow workflows

• Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues across ServiceNow and AWS including API failures data issues and asynchronous processing problems

• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to coordinate integration changes incidents and technical requirements

• Actively participate in sprint planning backlog refinement and continuous improvement of the teams integration platform

• Create and maintain technical documentation including integration workflows data mappings and operational runbooks

Skills & Behaviors that are reliable indications that you can contribute:

• Handson experience building ServiceNow integrations using:

• • REST APIs (inbound and outbound)

  • IntegrationHub and Flow Designer

  • Scripted logic and custom actions

• Strong understanding of web services and integration patterns including RESTbased authentication and error handling

• Practical experience with AWS services such as Lambda API Gateway SQS DynamoDB and CloudWatch

• Proficiency with for serverless and integration development

• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting integration issues in production environments

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

• Experience documenting integration designs and support procedures for operational use
