Job Description: Sales Team Leader (Real Estate)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our real estate sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in residential and commercial property sales strong team management capabilities and the ability to drive sales performance while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead mentor and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Drive sales of residential and commercial real estate projects.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Handle customer inquiries site visits negotiations and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients channel partners and brokers.
Monitor team performance and provide regular training guidance and motivation.
Prepare sales reports forecasts and market analysis for management review.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and conversion.
Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and property regulations.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with exposure to both Residential and Commercial projects.
Prior experience in a Team Leader / Sales TL / Senior Sales role is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Good understanding of the Noida/NCR real estate market.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
