Job Summary

The Assistant Manager Supply Chain Solution will be based in Chennai reporting to Manager
What a typical day looks like
Analytics & Development
Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau (complex calculations LODs performance tuning).
Develop and manage MicroStrategy (MSTR) reports documents and dashboards.
Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions with high performance and usability.
Ensure data accuracy validation and UAT support across dashboards and reports.
Snowflake & SQL Development
Develop optimized SQL queries and data models in Snowflake.
Build and maintain database objects (tables views stored procedures).
Perform query optimization debugging and performance tuning.
Support data integration and ETL processes for analytics platforms.
Automation & AI Initiatives
Drive automation use cases across reporting and data pipelines.
Design and implement AI-based solutions including:
SQL-based chatbots / conversational analytics.
Generative AI use cases for reporting and insights.
Work on semantic models natural language querying and AI-driven insights.
Project Governance & Documentation
Ensure end-to-end documentation for all dashboards reports and enhancements.
Maintain BRDs technical design documents and deployment artefacts.
Enforce adherence to dashboard deployment checklists performance documentation and validation standards.
Team Management & Leadership
Lead and mentor team members to ensure a high-performance motivated and skilled team.
Allocate tasks track progress and ensure timely delivery.
Core Technical Skills
Tableau (Desktop Server Prep) Advanced dashboard development
Looking for Hands on experience on python skill
MicroStrategy (MSTR) Reports Objects Dashboards
Strong SQL expertise (Snowflake preferred)
Data Warehousing concepts & ETL tools
Automation & AI
Exposure to GenAI Chatbots or AI-based analytics solutions
Experience or interest in building intelligent automation workflows
Knowledge of natural language processing / semantic analytics (preferred)
Project & Leadership Skills
Strong project management and documentation discipline
Experience in handling end-to-end dashboard lifecycle
Team leadership and mentoring capability
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment
