Team Leader Sales

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.

• 27 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
• Experience in luxury or premium residential projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales management tools.
• Good understanding of the residential sales lifecycle including lead generation customer engagement negotiation and sales closure.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
• Self-driven target-oriented and result-focused.

• Generate nurture and convert leads into successful sales.
• Conduct customer meetings project presentations and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
