- Resolve technical and operational problems using sound engineering practices modern technologies and innovative concepts.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement to enhance designs procedures productivity and cost efficiency.
- Analyze technology trends manpower requirements and market demands to support project planning and execution.
- Assist in forecasting operational costs and preparing engineering department budget requirements.
- Provide technical inputs and recommendations to management regarding developments impacting profitability schedules costs customer relationships and coordination between departments.
- Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of company policies procedures and engineering standards within the team.
- Maintain updated knowledge of emerging technologies and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and project performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies engineering regulations and safe work practices for self and team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of deliverables.
- Support resource planning workload management and engineering documentation activities.
