Job Summary

Assistant Manager - Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather organize and analyze information from various sources including property documents title papers approvals and market data.
  • Read understand and summarize legal technical and commercial documents.
  • Prepare basic project feasibility studies financial summaries and internal notes for potential acquisitions and developments.
  • Develop a working understanding of Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR) and apply them to preliminary project assessments.
  • Coordinate with brokers landowners architects legal consultants surveyors and other third-party consultants to obtain project-related information.
  • Liaise with internal teams including legal finance design and project departments to ensure timely flow of information.
  • Maintain trackers databases and documentation for prospective business opportunities.
  • Assist the Business Development team in evaluating new land acquisition and redevelopment opportunities.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical and legal documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Keen interest in real estate development and urban planning.
  • Exposure to DCPR regulations or a willingness to learn them quickly will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Planning Commerce Management or a related discipline.
  • Prior exposure to the real estate or infrastructure sector will be preferred but is not mandatory.
