Job Summary
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IT department and to deliver a prompt and efficient service to all departments.
Manage and support all hotel systems including in-house guest IT troubleshooting
Liaise with vendors and maintain inventory of all equipment software and licences
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Information Technology with minimum 4 years of relevant experience including 1 year in a similar capacity
Proficiency in English language MS Office suite and Windows Operating System
Excellent organizational follow-through and communication skills
