Team Size: 4-5 Medical Executives
Age Criteria: Maximum 38 Years

• Manage and lead a team of 4-5 Medical Executives.
• Achieve business and sales objectives for the assigned territory.
• Drive prescription generation and market development activities.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
• Develop strong relationships with doctors distributors and key customers.
• Analyze market opportunities and implement effective business strategies.
• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company processes.

• Graduate (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2-4 years' experience as an Area Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Candidate should be based in Jaipur with relevant market experience.
• Experience in Gastro Acute or Chronic therapy is preferred.
• Should have managed a team of 4-5 Medical Executives.
• Candidates with strong business delivery high sales volume handling and stable employment history will be preferred.
• Maximum age: 38 years.
