Job Description

Role: Apprentice Trainee

Location: Gurgaon

Job description:

• Conducting basic LMS administration activities including but not limited to:
  • Assigning training
  • Managing registrations changes cancelations and wait lists
  • Tracking attendance and completions
  • Assigning learner and instructor credit
  • Generating standard Learning reports by request
  • Understand when to escalate to the Administration Specialist for resolution
• Provide operations support to existing processes at the direction of the Team Leader
• Implement use of process analysis and documentation methods tools and standards

Education:

• Diploma / Bachelors degree or equivalent educations required

Required skills:

• Good Communication Skills
