Key Responsibilities

Download CCTV videos from Eagle Eye DVRs SharePoint links and other approved sources.

Verify whether requested videos have been received from test centers.

Rename videos according to the standard naming convention.

Organize footage into folders by case site and date.

Maintain video request and receipt trackers.

Upload videos to designated storage locations.

Escalate missing corrupted or incomplete recordings.

Role Focus:Supports audit execution by maintaining trackers preparing review materials and coordinating documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update audit trackers.

Prepare audit packets and checklists before reviews.

Raise Service Direct audit appointment cases using approved templates.

Follow up with sites for missing documents or recordings.

Record status updates in trackers.

Maintain audit calendars and completion logs.

Reconcile lists of sites against audit planners.
