Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Apprentice - HR to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in HR. The individual will primarily support new joiner induction employee engagement initiatives and HRBP analytics / ops while gaining hands-on experience across HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
New Joiner Induction & Onboarding
Welcome and assist new employees on their joining day
Coordinate induction schedules and logistics (conference rooms materials system access)
Facilitate or support induction sessions and company orientation programs
Act as the first point of contact for new joiners for any queries
Employee Engagement Support
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events
Coordinate logistics for town halls celebrations and team-building initiatives
Support employee surveys feedback collection and analysis
Help drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture
HR Operations & Coordination
Prepare reports and dashboards related to onboarding and engagement
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HRBP Admin IT Payroll) for seamless operations
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
Qualifications & Skills
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
Freshers encouraged to apply
Strong interest in Human Resources and people management
Key Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Learning & Development Opportunities

Hands-on experience in onboarding engagement and HR operations
