We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to support and manage the ETQ Reliance application while ensuring smooth system operations and user support.

Requirements

Required Skills:

Experience in application support and system administration.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of software validation and change management processes.

Experience working with enterprise applications and user support environments.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities: Provide daily system support including handling user access requests and incidents. Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with users and software vendors for resolution. Perform system administration activities and maintain application functionality. Assist with workflow and view configuration changes in ETQ Reliance. Create and execute test cases to validate system configurations. Support software validation and change control processes. Assist in preparing SOPs validation documents and related documentation

Required Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Sciece Information Technology or related field
