Having good knowledge on windows basic troubleshooting and handling complex situations having knowledge on SCCM WDS DHCP DNS aware of AV solutions encryption tool aware of SLAs patch management system aware of bulk imaging /remote imaging aware of ticketing tool and its functionality.
Good hands on of basic Hardware networking and server troubleshooting required for L1.
Ready to work in all environment.
Has ability to prioritize work.
