Job Description

Understand business process spare parts aftermarket

Previous Java JSP preferably Struts experience valid for at least 1FTE

Familiar with modern IT architecture principles microservices javascriptbased frontend cloud containers

Project management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to engage and align stakeholders

Ability to moderate and facilitate discussions in larger forums

Ability to work autonomously with limited set of instructions

Ownership and accountability follow through manage actions escalate early when needed

Experience Needed

Need to have at least 5 yrs experience working as an independent Business Analyst deciding how IT systems should match business processes and having a mandate to request evaluate software changes

Need to have experience designing owning complex software systems

according to modern architecture SPA jsbased frontend microservices cloud

Need to be aware of transaction management observability monitoring of services

Need to have at least basic JAVASQL knowledge and be able to analyse data flow and business processes based on existing code and data

can be a full stack developer 1FTE with hands on experience working with legacy JavaJSP systems and modern architecture

Need to have experience in working with designingsetting requirements for modern SPA frontend creating test case scenarios

Need to have at least 2 past assignments where heshe has actively contributed to developing large and complex applications from scratch

Need to interface with stakeholders and drive requirements estimations reviews

Need to have worked with Agile SCRUM team have an agile mindset

Experience with Agile tools Azure DevOps

Experience with working in teams with DevSecOps responsibilities

Candidate needs to travel to client office C V Raman Nagar Bagmane for 2 to 3 days or all days wherever applicable
