You will work at the intersection of science content and technology partnering with Medical Regulatory markets brands and agencies to make every claim traceable and every asset reusable. Accountabilities:
Establish and handle the worldwide repository of references and core claims in Veeva Vault PromoMats. This allows reuse and consistent governance across markets and brands.
Claims and Reference Ingestion: Orchestrate intake of core claims link them to supporting references and structure the library for searchability and Medical Legal and Regulatory (MLR) readiness.
Medical Partnership: Collaborate with Medical teams to validate accuracy appropriateness and currency of references so reviewers can approve with confidence and fewer cycles.
Metadata and Taxonomy: Define apply and implement tagging standards for references claims images illustrations and modular content to enhance findability and reporting.
Quality Control and Audits: QC new claims references and metadata; run periodic audits with Medical/Regulatory; update content as source materials evolve to maintain compliance.
DAM and Rights Management: Ensure complete image and illustration rights metadata in PromoMats and that all file components are included for compliant submissions.
User Enablement and Support: Provide multi-country user support training access management and troubleshooting to drive adoption and self-service retrieval.
Agency and Partner Engagement: Guide agencies on correct submissions claimreference linking and adherence to standards to reduce rework and speed approvals.
System Implementation: Contribute to user acceptance testing and rollout of content system enhancements; translate feedback into practical improvements.
Business Impact: Convert librarian rigor into measurable outcomeshigher reuse rates cleaner MLR submissions and faster time to approval that scales across markets.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- A bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferably in Life Sciences; a Library Science degree is preferred.
- A scientific background with familiarity with medical terminology and various types of medical references.
- Approximately 5-7 years of proven experience in maintaining a global library of references core claims and reusable assets ideally within Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical referencing core claims management and content governance practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Creative Suite and Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- A solid understanding of creative asset file types data classification frameworks and medical reference-to-claim linking.
- Strong communication stakeholder management planning prioritization and organizational skills.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience configuring Veeva Vault PromoMats object types lifecycles and metadata models.
- Hands-on digital asset management in regulated environments including rights management and reuse workflows.
- Direct involvement in MLR submission processes across multiple countries or brands.
- Experience delivering user training at scale and producing clear guidance and standards.
- Familiarity with taxonomy design controlled vocabularies and ontology management.
- Exposure to UAT planning test case design and defect triage for content systems.
- Ability to coordinate agencies and vendors and drive adherence to submission standards.
- Working knowledge of content data quality metrics and dashboarding.
