About The Job:
- The Distribution Excellence Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the SDFDC tracking dashboard while providing analytical and operational support across key distribution governance areas.
- The role focuses on monitoring compliance revenue performance onboarding and offboarding activities stakeholder approvals process adherence and data quality to support effective decision-making and operational excellence across the distribution organization.
Essential Job Functions:
Dashboard & Performance Tracking
- Own and maintain the SDFDC tracking dashboard to ensure accurate timely and actionable reporting.
- Monitor key distribution performance metrics and identify trends risks and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare weekly monthly and quarterly performance reports for management review.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards to improve visibility and reduce manual reporting efforts.
- Ensure data integrity consistency and accuracy across all reporting platforms.
Compliance & Governance
- Track compliance requirements across distributors and partners.
- Monitor policy adherence and proactively highlight non-compliance risks.
- Maintain records of approvals exceptions governance decisions and compliance documentation.
- Support governance reviews and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Revenue & Business Performance Monitoring
- Analyze business performance by distributor channel geography and customer segment.
- Identify trends performance gaps risks and growth opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
- Support leadership with performance analysis and recommendations.
Onboarding & Offboarding Management
- Track end-to-end onboarding status for distributors partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor approval workflows and ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.
- Track offboarding activities to ensure alignment with internal controls governance requirements and company policies.
- Maintain onboarding and offboarding records for audit and compliance purposes.
Stakeholder Approval Management
- Manage and monitor approval workflows across critical business processes.
- Coordinate with Commercial Finance Legal Compliance and Operations teams.
- Ensure required approvals and supporting documentation are completed within agreed timelines.
- Maintain approval trackers and provide regular status updates to leadership teams.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Perform detailed business analysis using Excel Power BI Salesforce and other reporting tools.
- Translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Develop reports scorecards and dashboards to support business visibility.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Data Analytics Engineering or a related field.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in business analytics commercial operations sales operations reporting or distribution excellence functions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables Lookups Dashboards and Data Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and related reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of governance compliance and operational process management.
- Experience managing stakeholder approvals workflows and business documentation.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and generate meaningful business insights.
- Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with process improvement automation and reporting optimization initiatives is desirable.
