Job Summary:

• Work closely with the Sales Customer Success Product Integrations Support Tech Support and other teams to support their business operation requests to drive merchants and Razorpay outcomes
• Support the sales team while onboarding a new merchant by managing configurations on internal and external systems and work closely with internal teams such as Activations and Operations Team for other onboarding and configuration processes
• Coordinate with other teams like Banking Finance Support Integration and Tech for identifying a solution and resolving merchant queries
• Own end-to-end communication with the merchant and support in solving queries such as creating manual order reports reconciling orders tracking payment statuses etc.

Minimum requirements:

• Experience with Freshdesk tool
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to drive customer centricity in the team
• Quick learner who can navigate through a dynamic ecosystem
