AI Engineer

Job Description

Experience : 4 to 8 Years
Location : Pune Maharashtra India

.Role Summary:

Design develop and scale production-grade AI/GenAI applications including agentic systems and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy end-to-end AI and GenAI systems (RAG agents automation workflows)
- Design APIs and microservices for scalable AI solutions
- Implement robust data pipelines and retrieval systems
- Optimize prompt engineering evaluation and model performance
- Ensure reliability observability and scalability of AI services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive AI-driven solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices

Required Skills:
- 4-8 years of experience in software engineering/AI roles
- Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript (Java/Go is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs RAG pipelines and AI frameworks
- Experience building APIs and working with distributed systems
- Familiarity with Kubernetes Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph Semantic Kernel)
- Knowledge of vector databases and hybrid search techniques
- Strong understanding of system design scalability and performance tuning
- Exposure to enterprise system integrations (CRM ERP ITSM)
