Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Agile Developer to join our innovative Agile Development Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development using modern technologies such as and NestJS.

You will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable enterprise applications across the full technology stack. The role involves building responsive user interfaces developing secure and scalable RESTful APIs optimizing application performance and collaborating closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities deep technical expertise and a passion for building modern scalable and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Application Development

Design develop and maintain scalable enterprise-grade web applications across frontend and backend systems.
Build modern responsive and high-performance user interfaces using and TypeScript.
Develop robust secure and scalable backend services and APIs using and NestJS.
Architect reusable modular and maintainable solutions following industry best practices and clean architecture principles.
Implement highly available and fault-tolerant distributed systems.

System Design & Architecture

Contribute to technical architecture system design and engineering strategy discussions.
Design scalable RESTful APIs microservices and event-driven systems.
Optimize applications for performance reliability scalability and security.
Evaluate and recommend technologies frameworks and tools to improve platform capabilities.
Participate in technical design reviews and architectural governance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
3 years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise-scale application development.
Strong expertise in:
- RectJS
- NodeJS
- NestJS
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5 / CSS3
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals OOP concepts design patterns and software architecture principles.
Experience building scalable REST APIs microservices and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB or Firestore.
Experience with ORM technologies such as TypeORM or Prisma.
Familiarity with caching and in-memory data stores such as Redis.
Strong understanding of frontend architecture state management and responsive design principles.
Experience implementing authentication authorization and application security best practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines Git workflows and automated deployment strategies.
Strong debugging analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
