Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master preferably in the BFSI sector
- IT/technology background in both education and experience this is not a process-only role
- Strong experience with Agile practices and frameworks Scrum Kanban SAFe ceremonies
- In-depth working knowledge of Jira Cloud and Confluence workflow design dashboards process enforcement
- Experience in Agile coaching and mentoring teams toward higher maturity
- Ability to work cross-timezone with overlap on US Eastern Time
- Data literacy understanding of data modeling data ingestion migration big data ecosystems (Hive Hadoop etc.)
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines CI/CD concepts build and deployment workflows
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and concepts preferably GCP
- Good to have experience handling data-related projects (data engineering data platform or data lake programs)
- Good to have: Agile certifications (CSM PSM SAFe SM/SPC or equivalent)
Responsibilities
As Part-Time Scrum Master
- Ceremony Facilitation: Guide a specific squad through Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Team Shielding: Protect the team from outside interruptions and remove team-level blockers.
- Metrics: Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to ensure predictable delivery.
