Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) Campaign QA Specialist to support end-to-end marketing campaign execution and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign Classic campaign validation segmentation customer journey testing SQL and JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Review campaign requirements and marketing briefs.
- Validate audience segmentation and customer data.
- Perform QA testing across Email SMS Push Notifications and Direct Mail campaigns.
- Test customer journeys and automation workflows.
- Verify dynamic content and personalization.
- Execute A/B campaign testing.
- Identify and resolve campaign issues before deployment.
- Collaborate with Marketing Development Analytics and Project teams.
- Maintain campaign documentation and testing reports.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing standards and privacy regulations.
