Account Manager

The Canada Retail Vendor Recruitment team is seeking an Account Manager to drive vendor growth on the Amazon Canada this high-impact role youll own the complete vendor recruitment lifecyclefrom identifying promising leads to executing seamless onboarding experiences that set vendors up for success.
Your work directly influences marketplace selection vendor satisfaction and ultimately the customer experience for millions of Canadian shoppers.

The Canada Retail Vendor Recruitment team identifies recruits and onboards new vendors to expand selection and enhance the shopping experience for Canadian customers. Our mission is to build a thriving vendor ecosystem by connecting the right brands and suppliers with Amazons marketplace infrastructure.

- 2 years of sales or account management experience
- 2 years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology start-ups or SaaS Platforms
