About the team
The Canada Retail Vendor Recruitment team identifies recruits and onboards new vendors to expand selection and enhance the shopping experience for Canadian customers. Our mission is to build a thriving vendor ecosystem by connecting the right brands and suppliers with Amazons marketplace infrastructure.
Were a collaborative team that values initiative customer empathy and continuous improvement. As we scale Canadas marketplace presence youll contribute to evolving playbooks share insights that shape product enhancements and grow alongside teammates who are passionate about vendor success. Your work will directly impact how Canadian customers discover and access products while helping vendors unlock new growth opportunities.
- 2 years of sales or account management experience
- 2 years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology start-ups or SaaS Platforms
