About the Role
Within FSG our dedicated Time and Expense Associate (TEA) Team ensures contractors are paid accurately and on time delivering a seamless experience from timesheet to invoice. Were looking for a detail-driven proactive Time and Expense Administrator to join our TEA Team. Required Skills

Responsibilities
Systems & Process Excellence:
Manage the end-to-end contractor payment process: collect verify and process timecards and expenses
Ensure accurate data entry and validation across internal systems Extract and analyze key data to support business goals
Maintain high standards of accuracy to minimize financial risk Understand the broader impact of your work and uphold quality assurance at every step
Customer Experience:
Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and external contractors
Act as a go-to contact for payment-related queries resolving issues and escalating when needed
Collaborate with Business Support Associates to drive team and office success
