Technical Pre-Sales Intern

• Support daily pre-sales activities by maintaining project tracking lists managing and updating Salesforce records and assisting with the preparation and revision of commercial proposals.
• Work closely with Sales Engineering and Operations teams to support the coordination and execution of pre-sales activities.
• Assist in managing technical and commercial information throughout the proposal development process.
• Prepare reports monitor ongoing activities support projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the pre-sales organization.
• Gain hands-on experience in technical pre-sales and proposal management developing an understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of customer-focused solutions.
• Support internal stakeholders by ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication throughout the proposal lifecycle.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Engineering Management or a related technical field.
• Completion of at least four academic semesters at the university.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Professional working proficiency in English with the confidence to communicate in an international business environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in technical solutions project coordination and commercial processes.
• Ability and willingness to work primarily from the office during the onboarding period with hybrid work opportunities available later based on performance and business needs.
  

• Previous internship cooperative education or professional experience in a multinational company.
• Experience working with business systems such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Interest in industrial automation manufacturing or engineering-driven industries.
• Curiosity about the commercial and business aspects of technical solutions and customer engagement.
