Supervisor, Payroll

Role Summary:

We are seeking a payroll professional to provide expertise to our payroll team to include supervision of the payroll process completion and tracking of ongoing data audits and maintenance and set up of employment taxes for employees. The ideal candidate has in depth payroll experience basic tax knowledge and an interest in team leadership.

Your role:

• Lead and oversee international payroll processes including manual checks and issue resolution

• Supervise coach and develop the payroll team

• Ensure payroll tax compliance handle notices audits and amendments

• Maintain accurate payroll and employee tax data including expatriates and foreign nationals

• Manage thirdparty payroll/tax vendors and partnership with internal stakeholders

• Drive continuous process improvements and escalate complex issues as needed

Your profile:

• Bachelors degree in finance field

• Strong international payroll knowledge with 57 years experience

• Fluent German is a must. Additionally proficiency in either English or Hungarian is required with a strong preference for English.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems (Workday Kronos Celergo Horizon) is an advantage

• High attention to detail analytical thinking and ability to create/maintain payroll controls

• Excellent communication customer service and problemsolving skills

• Proven leadership abilities with strong organizational and timemanagement skills
