Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Respond to customer and sales inquiries by ensuring timely and accurate entry of customer orders
- Acknowledge customer orders and proactively communicate shipment status including any potential delays
- Review process and manage customer order change requests with attention to detail
- Coordinate with manufacturing facilities to expedite orders and support ontime delivery commitments
- Maintain close and effective communication with customers and sales organizations to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Process and issue invoices in accordance with internal policies and customer requirements
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service quality

For This Role You Will Need:
- Proficiency in English and French with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong digital literacy including effective use of tools such as Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrated customerfocused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy organization and attention to detail
- Understanding of how business strategies and operational processes support customer and commercial outcomes
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in a customer service sales support or order management environment
- Exposure to working with crossfunctional or international teams
